This luxury condo has every amenity you would desire including relaxing decor, travertine floors, granite kitchen, washer/dryer and a huge terrace overlooking the pools, Sea of Cortez and beautiful Costa Azul Beach. Spectacular ocean views from the living room and both bedrooms with full glass doors that open to the terrace. Kitchen is fully equipped and the condo has three beautiful pools & a hot tub and parking with 24-hour security guards.
Master Bedroom has a King Size Bed and private bath; guest room has TWO double beds and bath.
Great restaurants & bars and a Starbucks are within walking distance. El Zalate is located only a 10 minute drive from downtown San Jose del Cabo and about 25 minutes from Cabo San Lucas. Close to golf & restaurants. The One & Only Pamilla is only 10 minutes away as well and Cabo Surf Hotel with surfing cove is walkable by beach (about 20 minute walk).
This is not a time share complex. Many of the units are privately owned and property managers are on site if you need assistance with anything.

Summary: The listing in VRBO sounded so amazing but it cannot compare to the actual condo. It suited our needs perfectly, and then some. We literally needed no help checking in, finding our way to the condo or amenities. The location could not be better, right on the beach but still has beautiful pools and grounds. The property management and security were so nice and helpful. We will be back!

Summary: Great property, amazing view, good location and the apartment is fully stocked. This is the second time we have stayed at El Zalate and I would highly recommend it to anyone. The grounds and pool are very well kept and staff is very friendly.
